Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING - Product turnaround time can vary. Please allow for 2-5 business days for your order to ship with any in-stock inventory. Anything custom, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. 

Domestic Shipping – You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the label is created, please allow a day or two for the tracking to update. Delivery is usually 3-7 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed. 

Priority Shipping – This will speed up the shipping time but we still maintain our processing time as noted above.  You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the label is created, please allow a day or two for the tracking to update. Delivery is usually 2-4 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed. 

Carriers – Packages are all shipped via USPS.  In special circumstances packages may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.  

Order Tracking – If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email update as soon as the label is created with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers and tracking is not always exact or updated daily. 

Shipping Rates – Flat shipping rate of $5.00 for US orders with an option to upgrade to Priority Shipping for $9.99.  The shipping upgrade will speed up the shipping process but we still maintain our processing time noted above. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your Bom Bom Beads. All custom bracelets, necklaces and sunglass/mask chains, sale items are FINAL SALE and not available for return or refund.

How to return an item:

Prior to shipping a return you must email Lisalewis@bombombeads.com for a return authorization & return address. Returns that are shipped without an email authorization may not be accepted.  We will accept merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery.  Merchandise must be unworn, unused original condition and original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs are not subject to refund.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.

 

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original packing receipt with order number.

Refunds will be provided when the item is received and inspected to determine it is unworn and unaltered in any way.
